Support the Project Managers (PM's) and new/existing clients to execute the initial and on-going transformation of their operating model using SWP. Work with clients during the implementation project and manage existing clients change agendas in supporting the rollout of new services.
SEI seeks to partners with wealth advisory and wealth management firms to deliver services that enable the transformation of their business models.
The Client Change team is responsible for the implementation projects for new client relationships, (forward thinking Independent Wealth Advisors, Private Banks and Private Client Investment Managers PCIMS) delivering SEI’s Global Wealth Services.
The SWP solution is a comprehensive set of services which includes the SEI Wealth Platform – (the client wealth management administration platform delivered with SEI’s operational services in an outsourced environment) and the SEI Asset Management Solutions the investment management services and client advice processes that enable wealth managers to meet client goals.
 Key Objectives of the Role:
  • Support the Project Managers (PM’s) and new/existing clients to execute the initial and on-going transformation of their operating model using SWP.  Work closely with clients during the implementation project to ensure success of the transition of their business to SWP. Manage existing clients change agendas in supporting the rollout of new services and any additional change projects for these clients.
Responsibilities :
Prospects:
  • Assist technical sales team with the ‘service discovery’ process where appropriate – support with information relating to the platform, process, workflows, etc and ensure the client understands how we can integrating their business model in to SEI’s service offering.
  • Support sales and solutions team in responding to RFP’s.
 New/ Existing Clients:
  • Support PM’s in creation of project plan documentation (ie. Documentation templates, e-rooms, workflows, etc)
  • Contribute to and potentially lead client calls and meetings.
  • Take ownership of elements of non-implementation, smaller client projects
  • Establish and execute client business projects and activities that could include: coordinating client asset migration activities, supporting development of a client’s discretionary management business, launching new services, integrating client acquisitions.
  • Ability to support a Business Services Migration lead on client implementation projects.
  • Good knowledge of workflows and configuration options.
  • Assist in the running and planning of model office on client implementation projects.
  • Assist in the running and planning of training on client implementation projects.
  • Facilitate workshops to carry out data mapping/migration and preparation of data configuration, if required.
  • Lead a Information Delivery stream on a client implementation project
  • Have a good understanding of the aspects of the information delivery stream including, firm reporting, client reporting, regulatory and compliance reporting.
  • Lead a Technical Readiness stream on a client implementation project
  • Facilitate and lead workshops to inform clients of SEIs outbound interfaces
  • Maintain template documentation to be in line with latest service offerings and release logic
  • Maintenance and updating of internal systems/ data reference points in agreed format to ensure consistency and communication of relevant information within the team and ensure integrity of data.
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the SEI products and services on offer and market standards
  • Assist with the roll-out of new releases of the platform.
Other:
  • Keep Current – (market conditions, regulation, SEI products and services, etc) and maintain ongoing and effective communication and alignment of these with client business practices.
  • Identify services gaps that may impact the standard SEI operating model and escalate issues to the Project Management Lead for resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the wider Implementations team.
  • Serve as a client advocate through regular, collaborative interactions with other SEI teams.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as required.
