| The ability to effectively deliver business transformation and

organisations in the world, our organisation & change strategy
consultants help to reshape the future of business. Joining our team will expose you to exciting challenges. You’ll work on a top tier client portfolio, helping to shape, design, and implement new organisational models – influencing how people are organised, work and collaborate together; how a business behaves, its values and its agility in the future marketplace. At the same time, you’ll have responsibility for making the change happen, delivering the true value of change, and payback on investment, by accelerating the benefits from new processes, technologies and business models, and ensuring that our clients’ businesses continue to run smoothly throughout the transformation. Working closely with a variety of stakeholders from all levels of an organisation, you’ll build strong relationships across our clients business to become a trusted advisor who regularly challenges their thinking and inspires new ideas and strategies. Required: While business acumen and a commercial mindset are a given, a genuine interest in people and the transformational challenges facing organisations are even more important. The following will all be essential too: • A drive to put the client first in everything you do, communicating effectively and translating complex ideas into workable solutions • The ability to remain calm under pressure • A confidence in producing excellent results in ambiguous and uncertain environments • A flexible approach and open mind • A passion for the role of People and Organisation Change in transformation In addition, you should have considerable experience of planning, designing and delivering complex, large-scale organisational change and transformation programmes. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
