Coordinate the daily and periodic reporting processes with various internal and external parties (clients and vendor). Ensures that Client Experience is superior and adheres to regulatory SLAs
Key Objectives of Role:
  • Coordinate the daily and periodic reporting processes with various internal and external parties (clients and vendor)
  •  Ensures that Client Experience is superior and adheres to regulatory SLAs
     
Responsibilities:
  • Be involved with and manage all aspects of client reporting, including but not limited to pre production, production and issue resolution, on a daily basis.
  • Be responsible for timely and accurate issue resolution on a daily basis, always maintaining highest level of client service
  • Participate in implementation of process improvement and technology enhancement
  • Proactively recommend innovations and modifications in line with industry requirements and corporate objectives and goals to improve operational processes, systems, policies and procedures.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the functional capabilities and the mitigations contained within the client reporting processing solution.
  • Work with the team on identifying, defining and implementing Quality Assurance processes used to support the client reporting processes within our Global Wealth Services offering.
  • Take part in any other ad-hoc projects as required
Other:
  • Keep Current – (market conditions, regulation, SEI products and services, etc) and maintain ongoing and effective communication and alignment of these with client business practices.
  • Maintenance and updating of internal systems/ data reference points in agreed format to ensure consistency and communication of relevant information within the team and ensure integrity of data.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as required.

  • Adhere to all relevant FSA requirements and compliance.
Technical Capabilities/Skills & Experience Required for the Role:
  • Knowledge of global securities processing, participants, and industry standard formats and requirements
  • Knowledge of security types including equity, fixed income and derivative instruments
  • Knowledge of investment vehicles including registered funds, hedge funds, separate accounts and private accounts a plus.
