The Role

We are looking for a Collateral Analayt to support day-to-day BAU functions within the department.

Key Accountabilities
  • Daily processing for ISDA, Repo, and CCP collateral programs
  • Processing of daily trade/mark-to-market data from various product controlling sources / transaction systems.
  • Data entry
  • Counterparty reporting
  • Execution of margin calls
  • Execution of collateral asset movements
  • Control of collateral positions and corporate action processing
  • General communication with counterparties, Credit/MIRM, Operations, Front Office, Legal and Product Controllers
  • Adherence to key processes and control requirement
  • Investigate and resolve problems that occur for all collateral programs
  • Continuous improvement of daily processing to increase efficiency
  • Assist in managing new business requests globally
  • Participation in the implementation of strategic projects
  • Provide Business Continuity Planning support
  • Awareness of Industry Initiatives and Changes

Responsibilities:
  • Daily processing: To expedite the daily processing of margin agreements.
  • Control : To report exceptions in the margin call process.
  • Margin calls : To make the margin calls on a timely manner.
  • Collateral actions: To arrange collateral movements.
  • Liaison : To communicate with counterparties and maintain the relationships.
  • Add value : To improve the daily processing tasks in order to add value to the team.

Skills & Experience
The candidate must have collateral experience and be doing a similar role.
