Our client, a global Swiss-based corporation, is looking to hire an Analyst 2 into their corporate development M&A function

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years M&A advisory experience at a top-tier investment bank. Candidates with exposure to the following sectors should apply: Biotech, Pharma, Transportation, TMT, Chemicals, Manufacturing and Nat Res. Individuals who are currently working within corporate development at a related corporate will also be looked upon favourably.  

• Work on end-to-end acquisition transactions
• Drive and implement the annual business plan
• Perform competitor and market analysis
• Develop growth and acquisition strategies
• Work as part of the EMEA M&A Team on acquisition targets
• Very strong analytical skills and the ability to apply them in practical decision-making
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to operate autonomously
• Strong Excel modelling, PowerPoint and database skills are essential.
