looking to add a Qualified Financial Accountant into their finance team.
The bank operates as a business and retail bank in the UK.
The UK finance department of the operation is based in the UK Head Office in Central London. This busy department covers the full range of finance functions including financial reporting, regulatory reporting, management information and planning and forecasting.
We are looking for someone immediately available for a 12 month contract to work within the financial reporting section of UK finance. This team is responsible for the review and sign-off of all UK financial accounts.
The role will involve the review of accounts, preparation of accounting papers on technical accounting issues, development of spreadsheet based accounting models, variance analysis and analytical review.
We need an individual who has detailed knowledge of financial accounting standards and experience preparing statutory accounts.
