*Our client is a leading Global Private Bank and is seeking a highly experienced Multi Asset class Investment Director with experience of direct investments, risk and portfolio management*

• Candidates will need to have a minimum of 15 years buy side experience within a global asset management or hedge fund environment.
• Have an outstanding academic track record, MBA preferred and all relevant industry qualifications
• Experience in managing multi asset class portfolios in accordance with the group strategy to achieve investment performance targets agreed with clients.
• Ensure that all portfolios are managed in accordance with the client’s objectives. Maintain regular dialogue to ensure that the strategy/benchmark remain appropriate for each client.
• Manage portfolio risk across asset classes, sectors and geographies.
• Develop relationships with the RM’s to promote knowledge of and trust in the discretionary proposition, with a view to promoting internal referrals of business.
• Have experience investing directly into equities, fixed income and credit and not via funds or funds of funds
• Collaborate with other business and resource units as required for example; structured products, external manager research team, hedge fund research groups,  etc.
• Contribute to the investment committee with relevant macro led investment ideas
