Exceptional opportunity to join this mid market private equity fund.
Our client is a mid market private equity
group. The fund has a highly flexible investment mandate, focused on
the Europeam mid markers, and can invest both equity, debt and mezzanine
structured capital.
They have just raised a new fund, and are looking to recruit two associates into their London office. Based in London, one of the roles will focus on the German markets and the other on the broad Scandinavian markets.
The opportunities will involve both origination work as well as deal execution for the funds. You will work on investments in both the equity and debt space, and due to the nature of the team, you can hope to have lots of involvement in the deals.
Candidates will have a background as follows:
- investment bankers from M&A or leveraged finance backgrounds
- private equity professionals
- you will probably be at the 2nd year analyst to associate level
- fluent in English as well as one of German, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish
