As a Mobile Producer/ Project Manager, you will join our UX / IBM Interactive team – part of IBM Global Business Services. IBM Interactive was recently ranked as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant (MQ) for Digital Marketing Agencies, beating competitors in both “completeness of vision” and IBM’s “ability to execute.” You will be responsible for overseeing all the planning of project-specific design processes and development to ensure overall design integrity of the highest quality. You will be involved in the project throughout the entire design and development cycle to ensure high quality work (exceeds client expectations) is delivered on time and budget. You will work with the UX / Creative team (UX / Creative Lead) to design, develop and implement all aspects of design, concept and vision to solve real business problems. You will also be able to manage not only the design deliverables but also the production of the mobile solution. You will be critical in helping your clients make business and technology decisions on their e-Commerce journey. You will have experience of managing implementation of mobile solutions running on multiple platforms and potentially multiple software components primarily around web and mobile. As a Mobile Project Manager, you will have worked across the entire project lifecycle e.g. Mobile testing, deploying to app stores, E2E estimates for mobile delivery, etc. Responsibilities also include the following: • End to end project management delivery including specific mobile delivery experience, including plan management, stakeholder management and project governance such as risks and issues, dependencies and change control • Work with the technical/solution architect and developers to ensure technically practical application • Work with the team to set the success criteria at the beginning of the project: project goals, KPIs and measurement tools • Planning and organisation of meetings, workshops & stakeholder diaries • Provide holistic estimates for all design efforts in a project (scope, budget, timeline and resource plan) • Facilitate and assist the UX Lead in the documentation for the design thinking and approach for all aspects of a front-end design effort • Work closely with the client and virtual team to ensure standards of excellence and compliance with accessibility and usability standards • Participates in projects to conceive and design solutions, often while in client meetings • Responsible for gathering all project materials; branding guidelines, background, content, sign offs, compliance regulations, testing scripts • Oversees in the development & production of all digital assets • Prioritise and assign tasks while managing client & stakeholder expectations • Assist the UX Lead in the planning and execution of end user research (online & offline line – both quantitative and qualitative) • Provides project asset management and acquiring project materials; workshop materials, images, photography, illustration, multi-media, copy, fonts, filters and patterns (including budget) • Create and maintain the highest level of design integrity for all efforts, no matter how big or small • Work across the entire software development life cycle from concept, design, build and test to app store deployment and support • Deliver projects on schedule by providing educated development estimates and identifying risks early • Experience in removing opinion from design and building a research and data driven rationale.

Required Bachelor's Degree Experience in design and delivery of Mobile Engagements. : Mastered Understanding of project design and development cycle. : Mastered Experience in writing case studies and reports of the digital solution : Mastered Proven commercial experience running and planning complex high performance mobile applications : Mastered Experience in being able to manage a scrum/agile environment with geographically distributed teams. : Mastered English: Fluent
