· Responsible
for fostering and driving an effective relationship with EMC Service
Provider in line with EMC portfolio of complex products and services
· Gather
and analyses competitive intelligence to position EMC and drive
consumption of EMC technologies within Computacenter to ensure the
retention, growth and customer satisfaction of EMC’s strategic business
within a specific ‘sales programme’
· Act as internal champion within Computacenter to enable partners to strategically place EMC as preferred solution to end user
· Maintains a highly interactive local relationship with EMC accounts team to achieve ongoing initiatives
· Ability to influence others to achieve results that is aligned to EMC and Computacenter needs
· Effectively work with internal departments on contracts; renews and upgrades to existing agreements
· Conducts strategic analysis of market trends, competition and new opportunities
· Effectively interface at senior management level to clearly articulate forecast and pipeline
· Can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships
Ability to articulate business relevance of product information to support the sales cycle | |||
