Leading Global Investment Bank seeks Analyst with 1 - 2 years of FIG M&A experience for their Corporate Development Team.

Our Client:
Our Client is a Global Investment Bank with European Headquarters in London. They are very active in developing the business to remain at the top of the market.
The Team:
This Corporate Development Team play a critical role in delivering the business' inorganic strategy, managing the pipeline of M&A activity across the Group, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and capital raisings. 25 men strong, filled with technically strong and international individuals from around the world they have a relatively flat structure with a meritocratic structure.
The team is responsible for:

• Supporting the various business units, ExCo and Board with deal origination and appraisal
• Providing technical support and valuation expertise in transaction execution
• Transaction project management of internal and external stakeholders
• Transaction structuring advice
• Guardians of governance and control of M&A activity

Requirements:
The team are looking to bring in 1 or 2 more individuals at the Analyst level due to the activity in the team. They require the following:

• 1 -2 years of M&A or Transaction Services Experience from an Investment Bank or Big 4 Accountancy firm respectively.
• Financial Institutions sector experience
• Strong technical skillset
• Commercial awareness
• 2:1 degree or equivilant from a recognised Top University
