IT Specialists in this job role will have expertise in one or more server technologies, including different hardware architectures and operating systems. Preferred knowledge of the following: Brocade and Cisco SAN Fabric administration, SVC and v7000 Cisco Networking including Nexus, FcoE.Linux OS, VMware configuration, scripting and design. Experience of Disaster recovery of Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft 2003/2008 clusters. Infrastructure support and design. IT Specialists in this job role work with products or solutions based on any vendor hardware and/or any vendor operating system software. Knowledge of the following also an advantage • Backup software: Backup Exec all versions, NetBackup all versions, Commvault, Arcserve, Legato, TSM, NDMP, VCB, Vaeem, • x86/x64 support: HP, Dell, IBM, • Disk Subsystems, IBM nSeries/NetApp, EMC Clarion, IBM San Volume Controller • Tape Storage: 3584, 3583, IBM TS3310, DLT and LTO • Operating system provisioning knowledge: Kickstart, EDA and Symantec Ghost. Location Note: The base Location for this role will be Warwick

Required High School Diploma/GED English: Fluent
