Our client is a rapidly expanding asset manager in the city. Due to the increased workload, a new position has been created to support the Head of Cost Accounting with a variety of tasks
Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that all actual and forecast expense reporting requirements across the business is accurate, complete and processed to monthly and annual deadlines
  • This will include monitoring of monthly consolidated accruals and prepayments
  • Collating timely and accurate monthly actual vs budget expense reports
  • Analysis for monthly reporting Investigating expense queries with managers
  • Ensure the accuracy of recharges between companies
Requirements:
  • You will have a relevant cost accounting / expense accounting background within a financial institution
  • You are likely to be a part qualified accountant, or equivalent
  • You will have excellent communication skills and work well in a small team
