individual to join its London based team.
This leading UK-focussed, mid-market firm has an experienced team, which has delivered consistently high returns over the past decade, specialising in supporting the management teams of growing companies across a diverse range of sectors. As an Associate you will be involved in all aspects of a ‘deal-cycle’ including assisting with origination, due diligence and the general management of a transaction. Additionally, Associates gain significant exposure to the daily running of portfolio companies.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience of M&A in the UK market from an Investment Bank, boutique or accountancy firm. The position will appeal to a confident, hands-on individual who is technically strong and possesses a commercial mind-set. Additionally, all candidates will have excellent academics and be capable of working individually and as part of a team.
