Investment banking C++ developer required for contract in Canary Wharf
We are seeking investment Banking, Stress testing &/or Credit systems C++ developers.
You will need to quickly familiarise yourself with the existing technology and infrastructure and design and implement new functionality in core risk systems. Generally the development life cycles will be Agile and test driven.
In order to take on these positions we will need to see:
• Experience in Multithreaded C++ on Unix/Linux
• SQL and Stored Procedures
• Unix Scripting
• SVN
• Strong IT commercial experience
• Strong team player
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills
Desired:
• Hands on Java Experience
• Sybase RDBMS
• Business knowledge of Credit Risk
• PERL
• Experience of scheduling tools (like Control-M)
