previous Audit experience working with large Charities clients and be a
fully qualified accountant.

looking for an Charities Audit Manager to manage a team alongside
effectively running a client portfolio. You will need previous Audit
experience working with large Charities clients and be a fully qualified
accountant.
You will be working very closely with the Director in managing a portfolio of Charities Clients varying in a size. This position is a hands on position where you will be working on high-level audits files and be the main point of contact for any queries on the Audit team. On a day to day birthday you will be leading, planning and finalising audits for director review, including involvement in the fieldwork.
Having a number of direct reports you will have to have great organisational skills prioritising workload of the team, training and developing them, undertaking appraisals and formal development plans.
You will be constantly liaising with people both internally with senior management and externally with your clients so excellent communication skills are essential.
To be successful in your application you must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) who has been managing a team for a number of years and working within an Accountancy Firm. You will need previous Audit experience working with large Charities and have strong UK GAAP experience.
