Senior Manager - Process & Controls (Wholesale Banking)
EYs Process & Controls Team provide both internal audit and broader process and control services to our clients across a wide spectrum of sectors. The primary role of a Risk and WBCM Senior Manager would be to drive results for the client, the account team and the Firm by growing the WBCM sector within P&C.
Responsibilities as a Process & Controls Senior Manager (Wholesale Banking)
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities within WBCM sector
  • Strong client management skills
  • Strong Industry knowledge & contacts
  • Identifies opportunities and encourages sector teams to understand and achieve business goals
  • Understands how to run accounts efficiently, from an EY and client perspective
  • Secure and enhance relationships with senior client management (including Heads of Internal Audit and Audit Committee Chairs)
  • Build strong internal relationships within EY Financial Services Advisory
  • Contribute to writing Thought leadership articles (to be published internally or externally)

  • Assign engagement teams to exceed client's expectations in terms of knowledge, skills and delivery of high quality and relevant outputs
  • Oversee engagement management activities
  • Assist partners and directors in generating new business opportunities and building client networks and relationships
  • Build strong internal relationships within Advisory
  • Mentor new staff in the team
  • Identify Risk Services training needs of staff members.
