Global distressed debt fund is looking to add several distressed debt analysts to their team.
Our client is a major distressed debt
fund based in London. They are one of the top performing names in the
sector and have a superb track record. They manage several $billion
dollars for their clients and both (1) trade public and private debt
instruments in the secondary markets and (2) and invest in distressed
situations and companies.
They are now looking to add people to their team, who will work on investment analysis and appraisal, credit analysis, valuations, financial modelling and scenario planning for both the trading and investing strategies
Candidates will have a background as follows:
- Investment bankers with the major investment banks with leveraged finance, credit, restructuring, turnaround experience. We will consider those with M&A backgrounds if they have LBO/ financing/ debt experience
- Private equity professionals
- Distressed debt and credit professionals
- Credit or restructuring professionals
- Level - probably suitable for those at the Analyst to Associate 1 level
- Fluent in German, Italian or Spanish
