To provide financial analysis, insight and support to key stakeholders within the bank. The successful candidate will be required to lead and manage the internal and external performance reporting along with co-ordinating the budgeting, forecasting, planning and any ad hoc stress testing processes.

My leading banking client is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to assist in delivering financial leadership, control, insight and advice to various senior stakeholders within the bank.
Key role responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the delivery of Strategic Planning and Budgeting requirements, providing support to Stress Testing whilst working collaboratively with key stakeholders
• Review and challenge Unit submissions, and providing commercially driven insight & analysis to the Head of and the CFO
• Manage the process of collecting forecast data and inputs into Group forecasting systems
• Identify and maintain a pipeline of planned projects designed to enhance reporting capabilities and or understanding of business drivers
• Management of planning initiatives during the forecast and planning cycles
• Development, production and delivery of MI packs
• System SME within the team

Essential Experience:

• Professional accounting qualification
• Experience of working in a managerial capacity
• Experience of managing and coordinating complex, multi business budgeting & forecasting processes in a blue chip organisation
• Experience in review and challenge of budgets, forecasts, providing financial analysis and insight to support senior executives review
• Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Excellent problem solving capabilities
• Accounting and financial management knowledge
