Located in the heart of the City you will assume responsibility for the day to day financial management of two pan-European real estate funds. Coordinating the work of local financial controllers and the outsourced accountancy function, you'll put the gloss on the financial statements and get your teeth stuck into the more commercial elements of fund management, including fund structuring and cash management. In addition you will take ownership of the management reporting for the funds and as such will have frequent interaction with senior managers giving you the chance to raise your profile within the group.
We want to hear from qualified accountants (ACA or equivalent) with a background in audit and a strong technical grasp of IFRS. The ideal candidate is likely to have had some practical experience in property fund management though all candidates with property and/or fund management experience will be considered.
