Finance Executive to join its senior management team. This is a diverse
role that will include heading a team of part and fully qualified
accountants to produce timely and accurate financial/property related
information and assume control of global financial reporting.

The Role - Core responsibilities will involve:
- Attendance at Management Board Meetings
- Participation in Real Estate Investment Strategy
- Production of monthly management cash reports
- Quarterly group consolidated management accounts – Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Accounts etc.
- Production of quarterly Board paper encompassing financial and property information
- Production of annual Statutory Financial Statements (IFRS)
- Annual budgeting, VAT and Corporate taxes (compliance and planning)
- Reviewing and upgrading reporting systems and internal control procedures
- Managing the day-to-day accounting and providing assistance to the Finance team
- Reviewing core business transactions including proposed Heads of Terms for new lettings, rent reviews and appointment of professional advisors
- Covenant review of existing and prospective tenants
- Principal contact with auditors and managing agents to whom property management is outsourced
The Person – The successful candidate will have:
- A University degree
- ACA qualified including 6-8 years’ experience with a top firm of Chartered Accountants
- Solid managerial experience (leading and training)
- 20 years overall Real Estate/Property Sector experience
- Organisational and good forward planning and delegation skills
- Excellent communication, report writing, analytical and accountancy skills
- A working knowledge of a consolidation/general ledger system and a property accounting system (MRI/Yardi/QUBE/Tramps etc.)
