for an Executive Change Delivery individual to lead a transformation
aligned to their Client Services business.

Banking/Financial Services companies globally. They are currently hiring
for an Executive Change Delivery individual to lead a transformation
aligned to their Client Services business. The role will define and lead
a book of work that is of the highest profile pieces due the regulatory
and strategic aims impacting the business.

- Senior executive experience running large multi-project and multi-stakeholder programmes in an international financial institution
- Good overall knowledge of the Client interface/onboarding and associated processes within an investment bank
- Broad overall understanding of the full investment banking value chain and the context within which Client Onboarding operates
- Experience in raising the bar and upgrading a team
- Track record for successfully completing IT delivery and change programmes in multiple locations with a distributed team
- Experience managing in a highly matrixed organization, including multiple reporting lines
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing a $50m+ portfolio
- Ability to build strong internal networks within the Investment Bank and Group with the ability to influence management at all levels
- Commercial awareness and experience in vendor management and negotiation
- Experience in delivering change through different methodologies and the experience to know which is appropriate in which circumstance
- A passion for excellence, including development and release expertise to ensure low defect releases and production stability
- Able to build strong relationships with other functions and business units and to interface and influence senior managers in the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a commanding presence when interacting with key stakeholders
- Ability to challenge the status quo and suggest viable alternative approaches
- A high level of ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Ability to prioritise, be responsive, deal with ambiguity, and respond to changing environments
