Description:
A premier Asset Management firm based in the heart of London has a new position for a HR Manager/People Consultant. Reporting into the Head of People Consultancy you will be part of a multi-disciplinary, specialist team dealing with a wide range of areas including Recruitment, Learning and Development, Reward and Employee Relations. You will work in partnership with key stakeholders to support the delivery of their plans and delivery of key and strategic projects.
Core Responsiblities:
  • To ensure the business continues to raise the bar on talent globally and to advise and educate the business on all issues relating to the selection and recruitment of talent into the business
  • Play a key role in the induction and on-boarding of all people into the organisation, with a particular focus on how this is integrated on a global basis
  • Work in collaboration with the Learning & Development Consultant to ensure that all identified training and development needs are met and that development is delivered timeously and efficiently
  • Play a key role in the next phase of the development of the Employee Value Proposition
  • To provide specialist consultancy support to managers during large-scale cyclical BAU activities, such as the reward process and interaction survey
  • To continually research and consider global HR best practice in the industry
  • To provide guidance to the business on all aspects of employee relations and employment legislation

Core Requirements:
  • Ideally you will have a minimum of three to five years experience in an HR/Consulting role, preferably an international company
  • You should be members of the CIPD or studying towards CIPD qualification or other relevant professional qualifications
