| Commercial
Finance leader role will lead a team of 3 individuals and will be a
strategic business partner to the Strategy and Growth leadership to:
• Provide financial leadership and support through coordination and preparation of the annual planning sessions and monthly/quarterly estimates of key metrics. • Lead communication of business results and product analysis across multiple stakeholders. • In collaboration with S&G team, evaluate growth options, assessing impact on the financials, economics of the deals, operational complexity and feasibility, while collaborating closely with commercial and risk functions to ensure deal process and time to decision timelines are met. • Responsible for building pricing models for Multi-National and Pan-European deals for review with deal and pricing teams, in line with GE Capital pricing policies and emerging regulatory and model governance requirements. • Provide financial support on NPI and NRD discussions. • Build operational capabilities for post mortem deal analysis. In addition to Commercial support, Commercial Finance leader will ensure timely reporting and analysis of volume, margins and cost of funds for quarter close activities, planning sessions and weekly estimates. | |
| • University bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration.
• Prior experience in GE Capital Finance in both consumer & commercial banking and leasing; additional experience in GE Capital HQ and Treasury a plus. • Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience in managing, coaching, and developing multiple direct reports. • Regulatory and supervisory experience including banking supervisory expectations and the conduct of supervisory examinations; specific experience in model governance a plus. • Proven ability to identify, solve and prevent regulatory issues. • Strong business partnership, influencing and collaboration skills. Experience in counseling senior management, crafting creative solutions and integrating multiple business objectives. • GE Capital FMP & CAS graduate. |
