The Investment Operations team is responsible for the administration of the funds and clients of Investment Solutions Limited. The Investment Administrator will assist the team in the preparation and review of all client and manager dealing and fund pricing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Client dealing - processing client transactions, updating client details, responding to client queries
• Trading -  preparing and executing fund manager trade and follow up of trade cycle
• Pricing - checking prices received from price vendor, producing valuations and calculating prices for Investment Solutions funds
• Cash & Settlements - ensuring all trades and client instructions are settled and cash transfers are timely and accurately processed

Requirements
Skills and Experience

• Experience in a Life or Investment Management Company preferred
• Proven ability to work well in a close team environment
• Articulate and methodical, with close attention to detail
• Keen to learn in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable to assume responsibility for business critical tasks
