Established and growing investor
relations consultancy, with client base ranging from the FTSE 100 to
small caps, requires new consultant to take up a market and client
facing role.
1 - 3 years previous corporate finance, fund management, analyst, investor relations or relevant business experience.
Principal responsibilities:
Salary: Base salary of £30,000 – £35,000 (commensurate with experience), discretionary bonus and potential for equity participation

Principal responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation of equity marketing initiatives for clients, including regular organisation of corporate access;
- Direct communication and interaction with fund managers and buy-side analysts to market client equity in the secondary market;
- Ability to carry out detailed investor targeting and obtain high quality feedback following meetings;
- Production of client company reports and analysis to the highest standards of accuracy and content;
- Potential for work on transactions, including capital raisings and M&A.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a determination to achieve and be successful. Able to take the initiative and add value within a small company environment, above and beyond the core role;
- Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency in written English. Comfortable and interested in making regular calls to both established and new buy-side contacts;
- A strong level of integrity and professionalism and a determination to produce work to a consistently high standard;
- Knowledge of financial markets. Existing qualifications an advantage;
- Excellent organisational skills and advanced in all MS Office packages;
- Language skills may be of interest;
- An interest in being part of a growing business and making a commitment to help develop and share in the results of the company.
