Summary of roleThe
People & Organisational Change (P&OC) team maximises the
benefits and minimises the risk of sustainable change in leading
organisations through a focus on four areas:
• Change architecture - creating a change architecture that defines an integrated change journey for an organisation.
• Organisation design - creating an organisation design that determines effective organisation solutions to support the desired business outcomes.
• Culture and behavioural change - embedding cultural and behavioural change across an organisation to ensure that benefits are maintained.
• Leadership coaching - creating change leaders who are skilled and willing to drive change at all levels in the organisation.
• Organisation design - creating an organisation design that determines effective organisation solutions to support the desired business outcomes.
• Culture and behavioural change - embedding cultural and behavioural change across an organisation to ensure that benefits are maintained.

Technical skills requirements
Breadth of experience in people and organisational change capabilities and large-scale transformation programmes, with a focus on sustainability.
Outstanding personal success in current job and beginning to demonstrate a specialism in one or more of our range of services:
• Change architecture
• Organisation design
• Cultural and behavioural change
• Leadership coaching
• Organisation design
• Cultural and behavioural change
• Leadership coaching
Relevant professional experience, working in Big 4, global management consultancy firm or Blue Chip company/public sector.
Additional skills requirements:
• Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.
• Have strong personal impact and resilience, and be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.
• Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
• Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions.
• Be skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team members, and is capable of motivating teams to maximise performance.
• Be confident and effective in recognising and managing potential issues during client assignments.
• Structure and manage projects or programmes of work which meet client expectations and mitigate any risks or issues.
• Focus on achieving project / programme goals and objectives.
• Be adept at overcoming issues and barriers.
• Be up to date with key technical and functional skills, and with industry, business and leadership skills & knowledge - and share this expertise with others.
• Have experience of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.
• Have a primary degree (or equivalent) (2.1) or above, from a leading university preferred.
Client responsibilities:
• To successfully sell, design and deliver performance improvement and operating model programmes in the sectors.
• To solve business issues and problems, perhaps refined through a post-graduate qualification.
• To demonstrate an understanding of operational environments in businesses.
• To win and sustain client confidence.
• To work confidently and sometimes forcefully at very senior levels.
• To demonstrate an understanding of project and programme management leading practices.
• Team coaching and leadership.
