the agenda for conduct of Business through the product lifecycle
(product development, pre-sales, post-sales and servicing) across GE
Capital International.
Lead key initiatives to evolve the conduct of business framework across GE Capital International business units ensuring delivery of fair customer outcomes. Ensuring GE Capital International business units have a risk based and proportionate compliance control framework that effectively manages their conduct of business risks. Work in collaboration with key functional areas to drive the conduct of business agenda across GE Capital International. | |
| Ability to deal with change; and an aptitude to execute.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor communications to varying audiences. Influencing skills – look to influence across the organization at varying levels. Organizationally astute – ability to recognize and navigate through complex organizational matrices. Work authorisation for the UK and unrestricted travel within Europe. Excellent knowledge of conduct of business regulatory framework and outcomes / principles based regulation. Sound Compliance advisory experience from a financial services background ideally within retail banking. | |
