| The position is responsible for acting as key contact person to the CDF Operations outsourced Team, ensuring all day to day outsourced processing activities are processed in a timely & accurate manner. Additionally act as interface between the Outsourced Team & wider CDF European Teams in regards to query resolution and performance monitoring. Be able to act as back up for all OPS processing tasks. | |
| Main tasks and responsibilities are:
To ensure timely & accurate processing by the outsourced Team of all incoming manual cash To ensure the timely and accurate reconciliation of all cash (electronic & manual) between the Operating system & bank statements To perform daily & monthly audits of the outsourced cash Team to ensure critical Cash performance standards are met, able to identify training gaps/needs, escalate & close accordingly To cover all cash activities as when required To keep on top of managing all workflow requests (query resolution) To act as a Subject Matter Expert on all cash processing related tasks, and be seen as such by the outsourced team and the wider CDF business To proactively engage daily and directly with the outsourced team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and to ensure the overall success of the entire Operations team To build a sense of team spirit between the CDF organization and the outsourced team To act as the interface between the outsourced team and any external customers To act as the interface between the outsourced team and any internal customers where issues arise To identify process improvements and take responsibility for implementing these ideas to enhance performance and productivity To participate to all daily, weekly & monthly reporting calls with the outsourced Team – be able to identify progress made, training gaps & implement training plans to close any gaps To ensure all processes are supported by fully up to date documentation, including process maps, procedures, and policy documents & ensure these are adhered to by all OPS staff undertaking cash activities To ensure all processes are at all times compliant To act as back up for the Core Operations Administrator (Invoicing & Funding) as when required (holiday & sickness coverage) To understand & be able to perform the key tasks of the Strategic Operations Administrator, so as to provide back up for when the Strategic Operations Administrator is away. To provide back up for Customer Set Ups in the operating system (Vendor, Dealer, Rates & Terms) To provide support & act as key “go to” person for any Operational audits for booking, funding & cash apps tasks | |
| A strong working knowledge of AIMS (preferred) and a track record for being regarded as an SME on the system
A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package An ability to proactively engage with, coach, and develop the core skills of, the outsourced team An ability to work independently and as a wider team member with minimal supervision Able to display a positive attitude and flexible approach to assigned tasks with a desire to learn new things. Attention to detail, problem solving attitude, strong organizational skills, improvement mindset, proactive in identifying improvement opportunities An ability to make decisions within the agreed boundaries with minimal supervision Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers – a strong team player Ability to work under time constraints Financial Services background Experience of cash allocations, dispute and query resolution | |
