Role Summary/Purpose	We are looking for an Intern to join our Risk team in London for 12 months. In this role they will support the Risk Analytics team in the updating of, and tracking business compliance with, the GE Capital International reserve policies in addition to participation in the review, analysis and reporting of reserves.
Essential Responsibilities	Key Objectives and Responsibilities of Role: • Review, Analyse and Provide feedback on risk reserve policy, procedures, and methodology • Review, Analyse and report on the reserves metrics • Contribute to the updates to/implementation of/tracking compliance to Banking Risk Reserve Policies • Co-facilitate EMEA Risk support central workplace • Assist EMEA Consumer & Commercial Risk Leaders in their daily activities Key Contacts and Relationships: • GE Capital EMEA & EMRG HQ Risk, Finance Controllership and FP&A • Regional and Country Risk Officers and risk teams • Regional and Country Controller(s) and finance teams Expected Growth Opportunities/Competency Development: • Understand and interface with global businesses & help optimize HQ interaction • Expand Risk knowledge in both commercial and consumer portfolios • Exposure to full service bank business model (retail & commercial) • Engagement across all levels within GE Capital EMEA/EMRG at HQ, Region & Country
Qualifications/Requirements	• Analytical mindset, with ability to understand data and interpret the key drivers behind the data results • Good oral and written communication skills • Problem solver, able to look for workable solutions across different global entities/structures • Excellent Project management, able to balance competing priorities and tasks • Team player, employee engagement, self-motivated • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
