Working Capital Solutions (WCS) is looking for an experienced Executive/personal Assistant to work in global and fast paced business environment. Role provides administrative support for the WCS London office as part of a team of two. Role is responsible for covering assigned Senior Leadership Team Members (Legal, Compliance), legal billing administration and backup/local support for visiting SLT members as well as assisting with office-wide activities and events.
Basic Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED and minimum 5+ years executive secretarial/administrative experience in large corporate environment supporting senior team leaders and/or multiple teams
-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent administrative inter personal skills
-Ability to multi task and effectively prioritize
-Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation

-Experience planning successful internal and external events/meetings including remote planning
-Professional, positive, mature, proactive, energetic and ‘can-do’ attitude to assist team and create efficient and friendly office environment
-Strong team player work ethic: proactively works with others to ensure backup support, help other team members in peak workload times,
-Able to deal with confidential information, handle issues with sensitivity, and perform duties in discreet manner
-Responsive: Able to take on ad hoc assignments as needed
-Highly motivated, confident, able to work without direct supervision.
-Ability to recognize the business operating rhythm and schedule accordingly
-Ability to recognize the organization structure and adapt behavior accordingly.
