Process Engineer / Process Re-engineer / Process Reengineer / Lean Six Sigma / Black Belt

Leading Investment Bank is actively seeking a Process Engineer to join their flagship programme. The Process Engineer will be responsible for  delivering and implementing efficiencies across and onboarding platform.

The successful PE leading with be responsible for:-

• Setting up principles and strategy by which the Process Re-engineering work will be conducted
• Communicate and agree the strategic approach with all stakeholders
• Shape the team to align with delivery of the strategic approach agreed
• Shape, manage and deliver a programme of process changes to support the strategic outcomes of the business
• Manage all reporting and communication to the key stakeholders
• Deliver sustainable process improvements using  standard Lean and Six Sigma project methodologies 

To be considered for this role you must:-

• Have demonstrable experience of process re-engineering
• Lean / Six Sigma Qualified (Ideally black belt)
• Financial Services background (ideally from an Investment Bank)
• Leading a team
• Previous experience of working within an onboarding environment would be a distinct advantage.
