My client, a leading financials services provider, are looking for an individual to join them as a manager in their regulatory change team. Experience of TOM design / delivery as well as experience of working in regulatory are essential.

My client, a leading financials services provider, are looking for an individual to join them as a manager in their regulatory change team. Experience of TOM design / delivery as well as experience of working in regulatory are essential.

The role is focused on:

• Delivery, design and implementation of an effective target operating model to support faster reporting.
• Communicating regulatory reporting changes.
• Manage delivery of all regulatory reporting business process changes.
• Working closely with project and IT teams.
• Process changes during COREP go-live.

The ideal candidate will:

• Experience of systems implementations and business process re-engineering.
• Regulatory reporting experience under Basel 2 and Basel 3.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of COREP reporting is advantageous.
• Financial Services experience.
• Preferably a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or a relevant project management qualification.
