Are you a qualified Accountant, with experience in a regulatory reporting role, and recent experience with the current regulatory policies - including CRD IV, Finrep, Corep, EMIR and Dodd Frank?

London based trading house is looking for a high calibre experienced regulatory professional to join the team as a regulatory specialist, working alongside the finance team to determine which polices are required by the organisation, then implementing and delivering the reporting around them.
The core focus of this role is to help the company meet their obligations within the regulatory and compliance framework.
Therefore the successful candidate will be responsible for :

• To ensure that all actual and potential financial regulatory developments that are likely to apply to the business are identified, managed and complied with.
• To convert all requirements into clear actions including the production of necessary reports.
• To maintain and apply up to date and detailed knowledge of current UK regulations relating to CASS and Pillar 1 and US regulations including CFTC requirements with particular emphasis on derivatives and equity structures/financing.
• To advise on and prepare for emerging regulation including CRD IV, COREP, FINREP, CASS changes, EMIR and Dodd Frank.
• To assess and prepare for swap dealing requirements under Dodd Frank including US GAAP accounts, 60 day filing and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• To assess and prepare for the new reporting requirements as a result of CRD IV.

To be considered for this role, you will have previous capital markets experience, from a boutique organisation, with success of delivery, and a strong regulatory reporting background.
