Investment Bank seek a IT Production Support Manager for their Cash Equities Desk (Based on Fidessa, FIX and Geneos) managing the global platform for the cash equity business. Main assets traded are Equities and some Equities Derivatives through their Fidessa platform.

London Based Investment Bank seek a IT Production Support Manager for their Cash Equities Desk (Based on Fidessa, FIX and Geneos) managing the global platform for the cash equity business. Main assets traded are Equities and some Equities Derivatives through their Fidessa platform. This role will be to lead the production management of applications related to the global cash equity platform. This role involves the functional and technical support of users (Vendors, Traders, Sales Traders, Program Traders, Middle Office). It also requires the management of the interaction with the teams responsible for technical infrastructure, (servers, networks, databases….). This person will lead a team of 8 people based in London (included) and coordinate the activity of staff based in New York and Hong Kong (6 in total). Main systems Fix connectivity, Fidessa platform, Geneos monitoring. You MUST come from a large Fidessa outfit with experience of functional/technical support in an investment banking environment, ideally on Cash Equity side with previous experience of managing a team any knowledge on equity derivatives advantageous, but Cash Equities and Fidessa is a MUST
