Change Recruitment Group is currently working in partnership with a Global Investment Management organisation. We are looking to recruit a strong Project Manager, with proven delivery experience. The role offers a huge amount of development potential and an amazing opportunity to work on a global basis within an employee focussed environment.

The role:
You will manage and deliver Projects relating to Sales and Marketing Change. This is one of the most interesting and exciting aspects of Change Management. Working in a creative and forward thinking environment you will provide structure and process in order to deliver varied change initiatives. These will include technology, digital and media change.

The Person:
This will be a demanding role, so best suited to a progressive Project Manager looking for a challenging and diverse next step. Ideally you will come from a Financial Services background, with a good grounding in change management and leading project teams. You need to be a strong team player with great work ethic and first rate communication and influencing skills.
