| This is your chance to get involved in projects with a global

information technology and business services. Our growth includes extending long term relationships and developing new client relationships. We are looking for candidates with proven success in business development, constructing compelling value propositions, solution development, leadership and development of commercial and contractual approaches. You will bring passion, credibility and a point of view to our clients from your deep experience. You are likely to have a strong network and point of view in a particular industry as well having delivered multiple multi-national SAP projects. You are likely to have a leadership role on one of our SAP projects as well as targets for new business development and people management responsibilities. Our projects are demanding and large-scale needing high performance and availability. They’ll involve complex integration to tie processes together across SAP and non-SAP systems and they’ll bring in new technologies. You’ll find that innovative thinking is key, we’re aiming to remain a step ahead of our competition. You’ll have the opportunity to work in an exciting, challenging and dynamic environment. You will be part of a community of like minded professionals who share ideas and are keen coaches and mentors. You’ll have proven experience of developing new business, managing projects or services, in a client facing role. Also, you must have: Successful track record of developing new client relationships and achieving business growth Subject Matter Expert in a growth industry. Ability to demonstrate your compelling point of view and again client trust and grow new business. Experience of team management including Global Integrated Delivery, managing on and off shore teams Ability to implement a team culture and communicate effectively with people at all levels. Combination of strong leadership skills with sound technical knowledge and ability to clearly communicate key recommendations to clients. A track record of creating enduring client relationships based on trust, successful business development and credible programme execution Track record of developing relationships of mutual trust with people inside and outside of their organisation, based on respect, integrity, positive regard and an appreciation of the uniqueness of the individual Willingness to commit significant amount of time to develop themselves, and other individuals, teams, and the SAP community within IBM. Fluent English. Based in the UK, but willing to work across UK and Ireland with some international travel at short notice as required for business needs. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
