Major blue chip advisory firm is looking to add a Senior Associate to their equity capital markets and broking team

Our client is a leading blue chip advisory firm, who are now looking to add a senior associate to their corporate finance advisory team.
The department offers corporate broking, corporate finance and M&A advisory services to clients.
You will work on the following:

• Developing presentations with appropriate research and analytics
• Developing, and reviewing the development of, financial models
• Pitching and executing transactions and drafting documentation
• Advising clients on Listing and AIM rules

Managing, training and developing a team of five analysts
They are looking for a professional who will have a backhground as follows:

• Investment banker wih 5 - 7 years experience
• Possibly you will work in one of the Big Four accounting firms in corporate finance
• ECM/ corporate broking associate/ senior associate with 5-7 years experience
• Strong financial services experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong numerical, analytical and project management skills
• Demonstrable drive and determination
