Top performing UK mid market firm is looking to recruit a senior associate into their team. Its a great role for either an investment banker from another firm, or perhaps an corporate finance advisor from a big four firm

Our client is a leading UK mid market firm, with one of the very best reputations within UK mid market corporate finance.  They are now looking to add someone at the Senior associate level, who will work both M&A and corporate broking assignements.
Day to day, the role will involve working with clients on takeovers, mergers, acquisitions, listings, pre IPO work, defence and advising on matters of strategic importance. They are looking for an accomplished professional who will be able to project manage parts of the deals without supervision.
We are looking for a professional who will have a background as follows:
- 2nd or 3rd year associate investment banker or broker from another firm, with strong UK client experience
- Manager to Assistant Director level professional from a big four corporate finance advisory firm, with solid UK client exposure. If you are an ACA, we are probably looking for at least 3 years experiece in corporate finance, if you trained in audit.
