To create and assist in delivery of marketing communication programmes and campaigns
Background

Responsibilities
  • To create and assist in delivery of marketing communication programmes and campaigns
  • To ensure all BAU literature updates are kept up to date
  • To work with wider Marketing function to ensure successful delivery of plans/campaigns.
  • Plan, develop and assist with implementing campaigns for the German and Austrian sales channels
  • Work with wider Marketing functions to ensure successful delivery of campaigns/marketing activity.
  • Ensure that all internal and external documents are regularly updated and are compliant with all regulatory and reporting procedures
  • Create and supply content for client magazines, newsletters and direct mailings
  • Responsible for the German and Austrian budget, regular reporting and ensure adequate budget controls are in place
  • Set up and manage meetings with relevant sales and marketing channels
  • Create and update content for the German speaking websites
  • Provide support at events and travel to internal and external events in Germany and in Austria
  • Follow and apply compliance rules to all marketing activities
  • Manage/support a Marketing Assistant.
Person specification
  • This role is ideally suited to someone with solid marketing experience within the asset management industry, ideally covering Germany and who can demonstrate:
