| Job description |
The role of Software Client Leader ( Financial Services) is
responsible for delivering revenue growth and establishing strong
relationships within their territory across a defined set of clients and
develop integrated solutions that address their client's business needs
and deliver client value while supporting IBM business strategies.
Thoroughly understands the client's business, including their
organization, financials, competitiveness in the market, and business
issues.
Main responsibilities:
Leads the software account strategy in their customer set.
Coordinates Software Group resources to maximize the software opportunity in their customers.
Maintains a thorough understanding of the client's industry, including
industry trends, industry financial measurements and key client
competitors in their industry.
Acts as the primary software contact with other IBM teams engaged in the account.
Promotes customer awareness of software solutions.
Drives opportunity identification and progression and coordinates multiple brand offerings.
Responsible for client satisfaction and success.
