The Multi-Asset Structured Products
group at this leading Investment Bank, creates securitised financial
product solutions for Retail distribution, Private Banking,
Institutional & Corporate clients. Based in London, through a
Luxembourg SVP, they seek a talented Structurer to create new products.
(Please note the language requirement!)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the development of new structured products
- Assist the Sales Teams with the development of tailor-made solutions for customers
- Support the product life cycle of structured products including legal and tax aspects
- Monitor the secondary markets for own products and analyse third-party products
- Provide support for the product management of existing products
- Train junior team members as required
CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Support the development of new structured products

CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in multi-asset structured products, derivative structures
- Good understanding of regulatory & tax issues within derivatives sales
- Confident ability to offer solutions to external clients!
- MSc in Financial Engineering, Economics or related quantitative field
- Very good VBA, Excel
- Deep knowledge of three of the following:
- Equity / Equity Structured Products
- Equity/Credit Notes
- MTNs
- CDS
- Loans
- Fluent in one of the following:
- Russian
- Hungarian
- Czech
- Pro-active and highly creative
- A fast learner! Extremely able to learn to new asset classes very quickly!
