investment banking brands globally with deep coverage and unparalleled
expertise across the entire TMT landscape.
The firm's recent track record in generating and closing transactions has been outstanding especially within M&A, advising both buy and sell-side. Having recently opened another office, this firm has genuine ambition to further grow and strengthen their brand.
There are many potential paths in which to develop in the future, especially now the business has a strong critical mass and is recognised globally. The team has experienced consistent momentum for the last several years and has not only grown in revenues year-on-year but also in team size too. They provide a unique combination ‘bulge bracket grade’ M&A execution and deep domain knowledge in TMT, particularly software. They have advised publicly listed companies in various jurisdictions as well as privately owned firms, owner-run or PE/VC backed.
They are currently seeking to add an experienced M&A banker to focus specifically in the software and I.T. sub-verticals. Suitable candidates will be highly driven, self-motivated, outgoing and personable individuals with 6+ years relevant experience. Deal experience in and genuine interest in TMT are essential as well as some evidence of prior entrepreneurial achievement. This is a very specific role within the firm, the software and IT sector accounts for a high level of revenues generated in this space. At this level, our client is looking not only for your ability to perform well as a VP but also your potential to progress beyond this to MD and ultimately Partner level.
