Business Purpose of the job
  
You will be responsible for the development of P&G Salon Professional brand sales in your territory in order to increase volume sales and distribution.  You will create indispensable partnerships with your area & regional teams and your customers to achieve maximum business potential. You will become an integral member of the team, learning to become an efficient and effective Account Manager.

Important Responsibilities of the Job
  • Develop and deploy a robust Action Plan, agreed with your Manager, which will ensure you deliver Key Business Drivers; constantly review your performance versus objectives, identify gaps and implant actions steps, maximising the use of all available resources, to achieve success.
  • Implement Area action plans to Retain, Grow and Gain customer base.
  • Maximise vertical & horizontal distribution of our brands to ensure the widest availability of our products for consumers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales volume through the successful management of accounts.
  • Utilise the latest technology available to maintain territory records, customer presentations and perform detailed territory business analysis
  • Effective journey planning.
  • Promotional Activities - ensure marketing plans are implemented at salon level in a timely and professional manner in line with corporate objectives.
  • Achieve minimum standards of call and order rate.

Consistently meets administration deadlines.

Change; Is flexible, adaptive and versatile. Can adapt to working in varied geographies. Needs to be able to slot into different teams, and communicate with diverse customer types.
