| Contribute to the development of IT and Infrastructure strategies and define and recommend programme-specific strategies Effective management of staff & contractors to align performance & development to business & Corporate requirements. Support data, voice , server, and end user infrastructure + databases to optimal levels of performance & reliability, ensuring SLAs achieved. Support the implementation & ongoing maintenance of systems to ensure successful roll-out to the business. Develop, document & adhere to corporate and local policies and standards. Manage feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed systems changes or new systems. Investigate & resolve complex technical problems to minimise disruption to the business. Participate in corporate led initiatives as required. Leverage internal & external best practices to demonstrate high level of innovation, creativity & quality in delivery of services. Continuously improve talent of the Infrastructure team through performance & learning improvements. Ensure that, effective Service Management practices are in place for incident, problem and capacity management. Ensure appropriate plans and tests in place for DR in line with BCP plans.
