The Assembly and Test Leader will be responsible for the assembly and testing of subsea equipment, specializing in master valve block components and associated subsea connector parts. You will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for T and A. You will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
  • Provide total leadership in the attainment of goals and Objectives with respect to safety, quality, cost and production OTD. 
  • Achieve highest levels of internal and external customer service. 
  • Pursue state of the art technology and processes to enhance product/process reproducibility and delivered quality requirements. 
  • Support cell leader in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment and other resources. 
  • Lead Test and Assembly Team to achieve goals in asset utilization, process/manufacturing loss improvement, delivered quality, delivery and cost reduction. 
  • Advocate Six Sigma rigors to all functions within the cell(s). 
  • Good strong team player. 
  • Direct process / Lean events and provide process method excellence throughout the organization. 
  • Pursue state of the art technology and processes to enhance product / process reproducibility and delivered quality. 
  • Select, hire, train, develop, and provide on-going leadership and direction of assigned.
  • Degree qualified in science or engineering discipline (or equivalent). 
  • Proven experience in a fitting, test and assembly environment, or relevant manufacturing leadership role.
  • Appreciation of Oil & Gas industry. 
  • Needs to be highly driven and performance orientated without compromise. 
  • Confident and focused individual.

  • Ability to bring assignments to a successful completion. 
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and ensure that they are met.
