This position is responsible for driving fulfilment, margin and cash leading a team of Black Belt and Lean experts.
Demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. Integrates and develops processes that meet business needs across the organization. Involved in long-term planning. This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas area of expertise.
  • Leading a team – direction, priorities, achieving G&Os 
  • Improving manufacturing processes and driving sustainable improvements through project activities 
  • Develop adequate business metrics at multiple levels, drive simplification 
  • Training employees and leading workout sessions, facilitate/coach all employees on lean/six sigma 
  • Driving world class manufacturing operations and culture.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with eperience in the application of statistical tools and Six Sigma theories in a business environment)
  • Experience applying statistical tools to quality improvement projects.
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology is preferred
  • Prior leadership experience is preferred 
  • Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization 
  • Established analytical and quantitative ability 
  • Statistically literate and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools 
  • Demonstrated commitment for process improvement 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills 
  • Customer-focused in defining quality and establishing priorities 
  • Able to make executive level presentations 
  • Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification is preferred 
  • Strong organizational skills.
