Accelerating growth, increasing profitability and retaining existing accounts are key objectives for the Global Corporate Payments (GCP) Account Development team. The Field Performance - Account Development team, a part of the Business Solutions & Analytics team in Europe will partner with the GCP Europe Account Development teams to drive these objectives. The open position reports into the Business Performance Manager – Account Development and will be responsible for supporting them in the development, implementation and communication of scorecards, target setting and performance tracking of approximately 200 Account Development Managers and Directors in GCP Europe. The ideal candidate needs to be a capable team player but able to work on their own initiative, with excellent quantitative and analytical skills and comfortable solving problems and presenting complex ideas and solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing analytics and assessment to provide insights and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Analyse and refine targeting and reporting methodologies to enable greater efficiencies within the team.
- Monitor individual achievements against targets and provide regular productivity analysis.
- Collaborate closely with business planning teams to investigate and present findings on a range of scorecard and other performance metrics to senior management across European markets.
- Manage and distribute ongoing communications and reporting to ensure all major stakeholders are continuously informed.
- Provide support for reporting requests from requests from leadership.

Qualifications
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills developed working in a similar role such as business planning or finance.
- Sophisticated Excel skills using advanced techniques including V-look ups, macros and pivot tables to interrogate large fields of diverse data and present key insights to business leaders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with detail and ability to summarize information into key insights, establish linkages to business strategy and objectives.
- Self starter with ability to anticipate business needs and offer proactive recommendations.
- High level of integrity – understanding of the sensitivities of performance data.
- Degree level education or equivalent, ideally in a mathematical / business / finance related subject.
