- Responsible for key HR projects eg. employee engagement, HR metrics, etc. providing flexible project support to the HR community as appropriate.
- Ensure key cyclical HR processes are communicated, actioned effectively and on time. Manage employee issues resulting from business initiatives, goals and priorities.
- Responsible for sharing knowledge amongst HR colleagues, collaborating and seeking ways to leverage best practice and improve the overall impact of HR programs.
- Partner with HR Centre of Expertise groups in joint approaches as appropriate on specific activities and on implementing changes to policy and procedures.
- Partner with GSCS to ensure seamless HR service delivery and review market HR reporting and analytics.
- Partner with Business Leaders in the market to ensure an effective employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Drive and deliver HR communications and education programs with the business.

- Graduate, CIPD qualified, and/or equivalent experience
- Time management, ability to prioritise
- Proven relationship and consultancy skills at senior business leader level, including ability to enhance services
- Interpersonal skills
- Influencing effectively by initiating strategies
- Change management
- Knowledge of Employment Law
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
