The primary responsibilities of this role include the preparation of spreadsheets, presentations, bulletins, the organisation and booking of meetings and events, proof reading for English and the production of purchase orders and general invoicing duties.   The successful candidate will also be responsible for general administrative duties for all members of the Sales and Marketing Team.

What It Takes

 
The successful candidate should possess a good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and excellent organisational skills.    Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
